That's an interesting thought that I hadn't considered. I might try printing from my (not internet connected) laptop which used to print correctly and certainly hasn't had any changes as a simple test.I wonder if it is a software problem, caused by the driver or software becoming corrupted. So did you install other software or update Windows before the error happened? Even Microsoft has caused printer problems with a faulty update.
Maybe uninstalling the driver and software and reinstalling it could solve the problem? This trick sometimes works. If you have got another computer you could also try installing the driver and software on that.
