Pro 3800 - Problem

Can you help me please:
Pic no. 1 - my old printer PRO 3800, okay all.
Pic no. 2 - my new printer PRO 3800, good not (black, blue, magenta/red).
Same inks, same cartridges, same paper, same icc. PC WIN XP prof..

Did you mean the Pro 3800 and the Pro 3880 or both the same model printers ?

No, same driver and same printer, 3800.

Are you using third party ink or OEM?
It it's third party and you installed the refillable cartridges while the printer was running on OEM it could be that you didn't give it enough prints or cleaning cycles for the original ink to be replaced in the tubes/printhead.

OEM, because i want ink, no pigment. But pic no. 1 is OEM too and it is okay.
It can be defective printer?

The printer models, OEM inks, paper, icc, and OS are identical. But are the printers attached to the same computer and are all driver settings identical?

I think Emulator's suggestion in post #2 about different driver versions looks plausible.

No, to second computer. Other driver, same problem.

Try printing a sample image with both printers, using Adobe Print Utility, and ignore the colours being off. If the prints match then you'll know the problem is in the software:

Thanks, i have ACPU, but the print is same, same problem.
