This is all very interesting BUT ask yourself “what’s time to a pig anyway”.

The most important thing when using a 3D printer is to have your print stay stuck down on every edge till its complete, and most guys will give their eye teeth to achieve that with every one of their prints.

I on the other hand have never found printing time an issue, I go to bed and let it get on with it, prints take as long as they take, and owning a 3D printer have taught me never to count time, because all my prints are done with 100% fill. (Slowly)

If you want to count time while using your printer then factor in all the failed attempts you’ve had, and you’ll soon find time is irrelevant, the finished product is what really counts and not time...

If I can successfully start and finish all my printed objects without one of them turning into a fur-ball then that’s a huge time saver for me, and so far my latest upgrade (New glass plate) is proving itself 100%.

In the case of 3D printer, it’s touch plastic, not wood, never say never... :hu
