Any experience with producing printer profiles for printable CD/DVD and even printable ID cards ?

I think it is very difficult to read tiny patches on such a small surface.

I've been producing profiles for CDs for many years, but with an i1Pro rather than a Colormunki. My 284-patch target is printed on three disks in a spiral format. I mount the disk on a small turntable under the i1Pro and rotate it by hand. It took a bit of development but has worked well for me. I'm not sure if the same technique would work for the Colormunki.

This is one part of the target to give you an idea of the patch size.
