Printer initializes okay with solid white power light, When I try to print it sets alarm with 2 flashes and an Error Code 5100 message. Both trays have passed paper through to output so path is clear; printer has never jammed. New print head and full carts. I carefully cleaned the Encoder Strip. Has Anyone seen this problem??
