Only half print is sharp

Hi guys. I hope somebody will help me with this. Canon Pixma IP7250. Prints 5x7. When printing photo only first half of print is sharp second part is blury. I'm ataching two pictures of the same print. Second just printed upside down. Tried diferent ink, new printer head, new cartridges, diferent paper. Same result.

Please run one of Hats's cartridge starvation test images. Whenever you have printing problems....never use photos. Use artificially created simpler images. That will tell you what is really happening.
What I am seeing is a phenomenon (look) where the first generation 6 tank printers had a hardware issue where High Quality printing printed worse than standard quality. There were firmware changes by Canon that never helped as it appeared to be a hardware screwup by Canon. Hope that is not the same here.
Are the photos printed in standard or High Quality? Try alternating.

I just printed Black, Magenta, Yallow, Cyan test pages from here https://mir-aus.com.au/cissfaq/knowledgebase.php?article=186 .For about 9.5cm form A4 page top everything if fine. Later same blur appear. I took picture of the blue page. Anyway same problem on all colours. Any suggestion?

My guess is that it is an electronic problem or firmware inside the printer. The next step is to try another body and if it clears, then that is it.
