Windex Original with AmmoniaD reportedly has about 5-6% ammonia content and works quite well as we know for breaking up inkjet clogs.
I would not however, put straight ammonia into one of my printers.

jflan,

"concentrated" ammonia contains about 25 % ammonia, just like "concentrated" hydrochloric acid has only 30-37 %. The reason is that both products are gases dissolved in water. So 5-6 % is relatively high and should produces a disturbing pungent smell, which is unbearable when sprayed on your window...... I got dizzy even using about 1 tablespoon of ammonia dissolved in a bowl of water (this solution contains less than 1 % effective ammonia).

One thing: some dye inks are quite acid and increasing the pH with ammonia can cause some dyes to behave strangely (curdling or worse: precipitation). So be careful.
