Any recommendations for good non oem carts that I can eventually refill when they run out? Where to get them from?? thanks

There is no such thing as good non oem carts because for some reason those bog refill ink manufacturing companies can't get an idea how to make sponge like canon does.

Your own OEM carts are probably better. Many re-manufactured OEM carts are refilled by small shops and reset by the resetter available on ebay. It depends on the ink they refill and the quality of work they do you may not get such re-manufactured OEM carts as good as your own that are refilled with quality ink. You really need to use quality ink to refill them. Not only it matters for the best colors it is also critical in whether you will clog your print head or not.
