New pro-1 does not fill Ink pipes

I have seen some of your videos and I like them. Very interesting an helpful tests and comments.
I am trying to watch them. Although youtube videos cant show the real quality of your picture, I can clearly see the difference using material you describe.

Thank you, for Granulations,
The Printer producer can make what they want! Customer are helpless if a problem appears.
Fortunately there is this Forum and The Hat.....great!:)

Hi!

First of all, I'm apologize for my poor English...
I just got exactly same issue! Literally - exactly.
I did all according manual and your setup video, but, after correctly installed printhead, orange lamp started blink in series(I did not counted serie length). The print head was hidden at right of the printer and I wasn't able to repeat the process of head installation as described in manual. For now solid white glows on power button and there are no any ink in the tubes.(
I did managed to bring the head to center and tried to open lockers. But them both are locked (not matter to printer power on or off).
I'm stuck in this situation. Please save me please!
