Using Macintosh I've just installed two new .icm color profiles made by a generous friend in this forum.
Both installed in Library/colorsync/profiles
One (for matte paper) works perfectly but the other (for glossy paper) doesn't show up in the printer menu.
Placed on the desktop i've clicked both and they come up with data windows.
What can be wrong?
PS. I've tried to attach the two files but a message comes up that the files don't have an allowed extension.
