Hi Friends,

I have a Canon Pro-1. It's running suddenly the power supply is out.
One minutes the power is back. I turn on the Pro-1 and computer, but it's showed error 6700 on computer and has 26 times flash light orange.
How can i solve this problem?

Hope hear from alls.

The error 6700 has to do with your battery been flat, it’s located on the left side of the printer behind the ink door, but please make sure you keep the printer powered on when changing this battery, otherwise you'll get a fatal error..

I’m sorry you can’t, your printer is dead, because it has experience a power blackout, it must maintain a power source from the wall socket or battery, and if both fail then the EPROM loses its live memory and shuts down, like Amnesia..

The only way the live memory Chip can be revived is by a Canon Authorised agent, because they are the only ones that have the firmware to reprogram the EPROM chip to function again…
