It's been pretty rainy here in Southern California. And I noticed something in my CISS now. It has the constant pressure system so it is basically a sealed system. Now normally fluctuations in air pressure cause a little rise and fall in the ink level up the vent tube. Well I see when the bottle is just about half empty, or the lowest it can get before allowing free air flow through the vent into the bottle, there's a lot of sealed air volume in the bottle. This coupled with the low air pressure system that moved in caused the ink to rise all the way out filling up the air filter and overflowing out the inlet of the air filter causing a little mess. This could be considered one of the weaknesses of these constant pressure CISS.
