Low density horizontal lines 4 cm apart

After refilling my HP laserjet 1300 cartridge ( I changed the drum and cleaned the PCR Waste bin and other blades too). I am now experiencing printing with low density horizontal lines about 4 cm apart.

What do you guys think can be the problem?

Mag Roller and PCR interval on the HP 1300 is 37mm. Transfer Roller (inside the printer, not the cartridge) is 45mm. From the look of your print, I'd say it's Mag Roller.
