I will be away from my printer for several months and wanted any advice people can give on how to store it. Should I take the cartridges and print head out or should I just turn the printer off, unplug it and leave it as it is? thx

The best thing you can do for your printers is nothing, just put a dust cover over it and leave it, and when you come back to it, just run a nozzle check and it will surprise you by being ready to print again like you'd never left it..
