Little questions about canon mx printheads

Very few service manuals specify the printer and printhead expected lifespans. The service manual for the MP830 specifies printer life as 5 years or 19000 pages, what ever comes first. The print head life is specified as the same as for the printer.

These estimates only applies to a printer using new OEM cartridges. Quality of a refill ink, skills and knowledge of the refiller, use of a resetter etc also affects the print head life.

All this info are very nice. Thanks I will so consider an estimate if was declared around 20.000-25.000 prints. Because I do own various of this models I will use a chip resetter and quiet mode to extend the lifetime of the printheads.
