is there any device to reset chips on laser cartridges??? "universal chip reset"

is there any device that can detect what is wrong whit my toner cartridge,what i need to replace on cartridge (drum,chip,pcr,mag. roler...)

please help me!!!!

try Mills Computer products in Nottingham, they seem to specialise in importing the cartridges with chips, i would think they will be able to at least answer your question??
