Is there a date code on CLI-8 packages?

I got some Canon ink from a seller on eBay. The price was pretty good but I was wondering if there was a way to figure what the manufacturing or packaging date is from the codes on the box.

Don't have the answer for you. But I have used very old OEM cartridges like 5 years old. They seemed to work fine.
