Is is possible to find an industrial machine for cleaning, repairing, and computer analysis testing printheeads?

I am looking for a qualitative repair/cleaning features and 100% precise printhead test, so I can
produce a computer analysis proof that the printhead has been repaired.

Please help if anyone knows anything about this!!!!!!

This is the closest set up to what you want. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that the print heads on HP cartridges will function after refilling if they've been run dry. They seem almost designed to self destruct when run dry to prevent refilling. As for testing the only real guarantee of a fully functioning cartridge is to have a test printer and print out a test page. You'll be shocked at the price for the auto refill machine, hence why you have to call it in. Also keep in mind that I doubt you'll be able to survive on just refilling cartridges alone as you're also competing with online vendors of generic cartridges that likely undercut your expected margins by quite a bit.
