Looks like Magenta is clogged even after deep clean twice.

After 2 deep cleanings, it looks like the cart might be clogged or defective (or the head is completely clogged). Try a replacement magenta cart as a first step.

Inkcessories.com is cheaper than Canon prices - the printheads they sell are factory new sealed packages. Inkcessories also sells some printheads on Ebay. If you go on Ebay and find your printhead I would trust inkcessories. I'm not sure about any other vendor of these printheads on Ebay.

Did you try to force compressed air from a tin can through the ink inlet of magenta (print head taken out of the printer) and put a piece of tissue underneath: is the tissue becoming coloured with magenta ink or not ? If it does, then the problem might be an electrical one, for example some contacts might be dirty causing electrical impulses not sent to the print head.

If you don't have compressed air from a tin, try putting a straw over the ink inlet of magenta and blow with your mouth very hard to put pressure into the nozzles of magenta a see of any magenta ink is dripping into your tissue.
