ip6600D uses the same printheat as in ip6700D

Can anyone knowledgeable in canon print heads tell me if ip6600 uses the same print head as newer ip6700D?

Hi Smile,

according what I found on the internet you need the QY6-0063 printhead, compatible for bot the ip6600D and the ip6700D. So interesting enough my i9950 uses the same printhead like the newer Pixma Pro 9000: my conclusion is that Canon is "inventing" those newer printers to make it even harder to have their cartridges to be refilled.
