Hello,
I've tried setting up my printer for the first time, but I can't get the blue cartridge holders to move down so I can insert the cartridges. The printer is on, and I've removed all the orange tape, but it seems like the white pieces are blocking the movement, and they don’t look removable. Any suggestions?
