not supporting Orca in their new firmware

I recently took the risk of updating my X1C firmware from the last pre authorisation crap version to the current one. Not sure I should have bothered. It looks prettier, not really easier to use, and I have yet to notice any improved performance. In LAN only + developer mode it works OK with Orca.

I think the Orca dev is pissed at Bamabu (not unreasonably) and are not adding new models. If you are OK with LAN only mode and developer mode is still available on new models you can probably copy printer profiles from a Bambu studio install to the Orca install. I would be concerned about Studio/Orca profile compatibility for H2D and upcoming H2C multi-head operation.

Ugh, not yet. See below:

I am considering an upgrade to the H2S for the bigger build volume and the added bells and whistles. Had also thought about the dual nozzles but think that the loss of print volume may be an issue on the odd occasion.

Dual nozzle seems tempting, but I don't know if I'd use it much. Ya, size is really my main reason I'm considering the H2S vs P2S... but also one of the two main reasons I've held off:

1) I want to wait until BestBuy has the H2S back in stock so I can buy locally, and if needed... return locally.
2) I like the build volume of the H2S, but I realized I'd have to totally rearrange my office to make it fit or take up a lot of room in our guest bedroom for it... and neither of those sound great to me.

Also, I like having the printer next to me... but do I need to? What if I'm printing ABS or other stuff that should be vented outside?

How often do I need a huge print bed? How often will I print ABS? Will I care if the printer is in my office if it "just works" (i.e., I don't have to babysit it like my older printers)?

Are you close to a Microcenter? Phx store shows them as sold out, but they do stock them.
