Hp Photosmart C3170 don't print with new Hp Cartridges...

The arm moves very freely, no scrap of paper and everything seems to be in good condition.
I tried the technic from The Hat (introducing a sheet of paper before pluggin in) without any success.
I think I'll have to open it and show really closed inside... looking for some tiny piece of scrab paper...Who knows.

End of the story...
To make to it as short as possible.
I took the C3170 apart and changed the complete arm system include the sensor.Got it from another Hp Photosmart C3180.
It seems that the previous user didn't care so much about the way to take the paper sheet out while having a paper Jam.
The only thing I couldn't do was to take the top black plastic part from the waste ink tank away.
How to do it?
I'll make a picture as I'll be home.
