half way thru page, the blue disappeared. ran a few more pages without it.
replaced the low cartridge with new...hp product also.
there is still no blue. ran a test page. the black and white grid is good. the series of color...there is only magenta and yellow...no blues....cleaned cradle...still no blue...any ideas?
