HP 722c does not print in color

My HP 722c still does a great job and I have refilled many times. Recently, it will not print in color in WordPerfect 11 or X3. I have tried all kinds of setting changes in both WP and the printer, too. I know it is a probably a simple keystroke but I cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you installed any new software - like new Win or WP?

No, I haven't install a Win or WP program but I did install a Pinnacle Studio 12 upgrade recently; I believe the trouble with color printing was before that, however.
