Hi.
I will be getting an old Pro-1 soon.
thats what you said...:ep

Well then, just turn her on and let her do her maintenance exercise, then when finished print a nozzle check, don’t be tempted to print off a test print first..

This nozzle print will tell all..

I just pulled mt Pro-1 out of storage been like 6 years. I was thinking my head might be clogged and was searching for away to manually clean it, I didn't. I downloaded the driver and other apps to get it to work and I am out on PBK M, Y, C and everything else is below 1/2. Where do I get new ink tanks or is there a place to get good ink to refill and how would I reset the chip? Or should I just get a new printer?

dang I was kind of hoping that I just need ink.
But I cant even do test page with low tanks. would it be worth it to get some bulk ink to test?
And the PBK M, Y, C ink aren't you yet it telling me that if I print it might not finish. And as the print has sat for 6 years I was wondering if it was worth my time getting new ink to see if it would print.
It sounds like you think that is a lost endeavor. What would be a good up grade to the Pro-1 in that case?

After all the PRO-1 is just an oversophisticated A3+ printer.
The day my PRO-10 (and the spare one and a new printhead in the box...) fails I would consider an Epson ET-8550.
Too late now for the PRO-10 route I think.
