How to refill HP Photosmart 309?

Hey Guys,

I just recently bought this printer, but I was trying to figure out how to refill the ink cartridges. It's not as easy as how many canon cartridges are like. Any tips/videos on how to refill these HP printers?

If you are using the 364XL, you can use the german durchstich refill method:

Note: the normal capacity 364 cannot be refilled using this method. YOU HAVE TO USE THE HIGH CAPACITY 364 XL !!!

I have looked on youtube. They have this type of item where they put it on the ink catridge output. Can't I just directly put ink into the catridge output? Isn't that what they are basically doing?
