Hoping to Save My Epson 3620

Hi. I was very glad to find this forum, and hope I’ll be able to get my Epson Workforce 3620 going again. At the moment, it ‘s not printing a thing. Zero Nada. When I do a nozzle check, the paper comes out blank. I’ve tried the paper towel soaked with Windex and I’ve tried flushing the print nozzles. The cyan nozzle seems completely blocked. I pulled out the maintenance box, and there was black ink smeared on the otherwise clean white filter. That seemed like a bad sign. I haven’t run a printhead cleaning in two days, figuring I needed to give that a rest. But I’m about to give that a try.
