Help: Epson SX535WD prints blank pages if quality set to high (works on normal)

hi all, If I print pages in normal quality I get an ok print (could be better but readable) however id like to increase the quality, so If I set the quality to High in the print settings it prints a complexity blank page. this happens when I print from both computer and epson print app...

anyone know what's going on?
