Follow up on MP 560 woes / Canon Warranty Exchange Program

Just a quick follow up on these error topics (6C10, etc):

We contacted Canon and they were super cool. The warranty is 1 year, they didn't really bother us for receipts or anything. Canon has a "Warranty Exchange Program", in which they first send you a refurbed unit via UPS, with return postage to secondly send your old one back (they front you a machine). Plus, the best thing is that you KEEP all your ink cartridges, cables, trays, etc, and just return the basic stripped down machine. Carts altered? Matters not I guess, they'll never know. Bottom line, warranty usually is a terrible pain but Canon is pretty good, at least with this program. They even threw in a 50 count of photo paper to make things right...
