Fading

I have used the new (and the previous) Kirkland 8x10 glossy photo paper. I have found them very similar, except the previous one is thicker. I tested it by dipping a print into water. The new and the old are both not water resistent. But ink smearing is only very slight. They seem to be identical in this regard. I kind of like both. The new one is thinner and you get more sheets at a same price. Very good deal really. What's you don't like about the new one?

My initial post about fading was with the new Kirkland paper. I now have an almost full pack of 8-1/5 x 11 and a lot of 4 x 6 paper that will see little use.
