Error 5011 on TS8220 need advice on replacement printer

When it rains it pours. Of course it's a holiday weekend when I have problems. My 5 month old TS8220 printer just got the 5011 error and I've tried all the solutions on google and YouTube with no results. I know I can call support and they may send me another printer but I have work that needs printed NOW. So can anyone tell me what (Canon or Epson) printer to buy that has at least 5 colors, bottom and top feed, a scanner, and prints decent pictures, and uses refillable and or third party carts?

Yes I do. Unfortunately though my Pro100 needs a printhead and the Mg7120 was replaced by the TS8220.
