hi just brought a Epson XP-700 ALL IN ONE see some people having trouble with compatible ink carts I did not update soft from internet on install only done form disk will this run compatible ink ? looked at my firmware it is Current Version:MB19C9 13.2F so will this run them ok before I buy some?

Refillable cartriges should work just fine with your drivers installed from the disk.
I only had the predessors to the XP 700.
I did a little research and just found 1 supplier that sells refillable 26XL Cartriges with auto reset chips for 40USD
I will most likely have to support some of these new epson printers since my customers go out and buy any thing that they want to and ask me later for a cheap refilling option
