Recently, my workforce 610 was having issues with printing black, no matter what I did it just wouldn't work. The ink levels were fine, so I assumed it was the print head having the issue.
I removed the print head and cleaned everything all up and replaced everything. Upon replacing everything I kept getting the message that the cartridges could not be recognized.
I've tried unplugging it and waiting 10 minutes.
I've tried using other cartridges.
I've tried using a CISS + the reset button on the CISS.
All of it didn't work.
