Printer Model
Epson SureColour T5200
Our T5200 is leaving a strip of "black on the back of our prints - on an outside edge" The waste tank is not full and apart from the annoying ink on the reverse the machine is printing well. Any thoughts?

Where is this stripe located - at the top of the paper or the left or right side ? Is this roll paper ?

It's on the reverse of the right side as the roll paper exits the printer - Thanks!

If you take a flashlight or a strong lamp and look into the printpath of the printer - can you see any area which is contaminated with black ink ? Can that area be cleaned - wiped off ? Does it wear off when printing longer formats ? And does it start again stronger with the next sheet ?
