I have epson sx100 and 2 months ago i put the ciss on it, it says cartridges could not be recognized, but 2 times i could print, but with bad results (it seems that the printhhead is clogged), i got that ciss for cheap and i was thinking that the chips on that cartridges was old or deffective, i bought new ciss, same thing 2 times i managed to print, very bad, and again cartridges could not be recognized, but now i will try to unclogg print head, what do you think is this logic board failure or clogged print head, is it possible that when printhead is clogged that it leaves message that cartridges could not be recognized, this new ciss has arc chips?
Thanks in advance.

I figured out what is behind this issue, i had to reset the chips with chip resetter, they sell them like ARC, but they are not, now only i have to unclogg printhead.
