Epson RX560 - not recognizing ink cartridges

I have just changed one of the ink cartridges and now all I get is a message saying it cannot recognize the ink cartridges. Have taken them all out, put them all back in, switched on and off - nothing! Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated!!

How about whether the carts you replaced were OEM or refills.

They were just Epson replacement cartridges, not refills.
