Epson 38oo no ink flow

Hi I have an Epson 3800. It worked fine. Bought a ink flow system. Installed it and it worked fine. Then the magenta ink stopped flowing followed shortly by all ink stop flowing. I know the head is clean so whats wrong? I do remember when i powered the printer down the pressure system would his as it let the pressure out. Now i hear nothing. Could the pressure sytem be dead? The head moves ok, the paper flows through ok, just nothing prints.

Hi Mckw,

which system did you purchase ? Most probably there is a leakage in one or more of the cartridges, but the printer has a sensor when the pressure drops too much and will give you an error message. You might contact the company selling the system and ask for a replacement if the problem is caused by a malfunction of one or more of the cartridges.

are you capable to print out the nozzle checks? or it's completed blocked out? what magenta inks are you using? if it is a blockage from print head, you can try below method
