I just change my Epson 1390 print head and discovered that the print result of new head is too light. So I use the adjustment program to input the new print head id. But I got problem when entering the head id because the new head id is way too long.
The old head id is (24 characters) :

ZPYQXUU
J01
The new head id is (33 characters) :
69A82545
964UUUUU
UWGOVWVX
FOXXTYSO

Maybe someone can tell me what I should do. Is it possible for that 33 chars head id be converted to 24 chars ?
