easy to refill toner

Hi there.
I' am looking for a monochrome laser printer for my sister. I want it to be wireless and i also want to be the easiest on refilling it.
Do i have to use with all brand toners new chips? i would prefer a toner with an auto chip resetter (if it exists).
Any suggestions?
