Crystal clear labels?

Hi,
I require crystal clear labels, which I want to print on using a normal inkjet printer. I dont want the ink to smudge or easily scratch off after ink is dried.
Is this achievable? Anyone know of such labels?

Yes... Avery do a heavy duty label for inkjets... J4773...

It won't peel off the sticky part and it's VERY strong... but seriously expensive... They come in sets of 24 per sheet of A4 and I use them to mark up my waste ink kits although I've switched to the equivalent colour laser ones as you get more labels for less cost and the obvious issue of inkjet ink on inkjet label = splurge

You won't get 100% smudge free if you get water on them but definitely worth it for my schools where mucky hands regularly try to peel them off the computers.
