I have a canon pixma 6700D and have installed the drivers (twice) but still can't seem to add the printer to my list. I run OX 10.3.9. I have tried to find it in the printer utility but can't. thanks
Did you have a LexMark printer installed previously? I had a same or similar problem that is caused by a LexMark software conflict when using Windows XP. There was a fix I had to do before the system would recognize a new HP printer. Made the fix and it worked perfect..
