Cartridge Drying? any recommendations?

Hendo, the ink in the cartridge already is of 80% water. The paper tissue did get a bit of water residue out. As I have done it and have no problem so I am talking about real experience here. I guess I don't have countless hours to spent and have no equipment to dry the sponge. I have no choice but use only paper tissue at best.

I think you are misunderstanding my post.

The process I am discussing is for professional refilling businesses. Where quality, reliability, and repeat business is the primary concern.

You will never know how long your customers will keep they cartridges. If the sponge is not dried you may see bacteria growing in it eventually, especially if the cartridge is left in a warm humid environment.
