After the paper jam is removed, press the Resume button for a couple of seconds, and that should clear the error message..Any help welcome
OK, try this, tear an A4 sheet down the middle and with the printer powered off place the half sheet in the feed tray and using your fingers or any other implement (Screwdriver) raise the front feeder rollers and push the paper into the printer.Bit of a dilemma, eh?
Hi agin and thanks for your help.OK, try this, tear an A4 sheet down the middle and with the printer powered off place the half sheet in the feed tray and using your fingers or any other implement (Screwdriver) raise the front feeder rollers and push the paper into the printer.
You’ll need to push it in to a point where its sitting just at the back of the very small roller that can be seen when your looking at the front part of the printer, next close the cover lids and power on the printer, now wait and see if the printer ejects the paper itself and clears the error message..
This is a trick to fool the printer into detecting the new piece of paper and hopefully making it reset and clear the memory.. If there are no other fragments of paper still left inside..
If the printer doesn’t eject the paper then try a small print job and click print..
Question:- Did you remover the paper jam from the front or the back of the machine, if backwards that’s not good..
P.S. Anything is better than doing nothing..
