Another thing is that I tried a lot of service tools on it.
When you have a mechanical issue no amount of software can help, you need to clear your current error before the printer will respond to any other commands..

I understand. I just didn't know if more specific information about my issue would have been included in one of those data exports.

The sensor on that board might be broken, maybe there is some other broken part somewhere, honestly could still be many reasons.

If I was working on that printer I’d think that sensor board faulty, and look for a replacement part. Yet I would not have been surprised if that doesn’t solve anything.

I’d look at used printers of your model and store or disassemble your bad one for spare parts.
