hello im new here and have a possibly answered question but was not able to figure out how to search forums so i have a pro 100 i just bought with error code 5100 i have removed and resat the cartridges, cleaned the coded strip also dabbed the little purge pieces for the print head, removed inspected and resat the print head, and pulled printer apart to look for any foreign objects in printer or jams that i could not see from front or back all to no avail i need help figuring out what the issue can be previous owner said he rarely used it(taken with a grain of salt) and when he went to use it it just gave this code any help appreciated in advance
