I haven't used my printer for a few months and recently the colors seemed very off. I've ran a pattern check a few times and thought everything was looking fine. but now i've noticed that the bars on the left are completely wrong. Does the printer require further cleaning or is there another issue at play?

Thank you for any advice you may be able to provide.

When you run a nozzle check and something is not right then cleaning can very often fix the problem, but if you don’t spot the issue early enough then you can cause electrical problems.

Half of the PBK block has failed and burned out, and no amount of cleaning will bring it back to 100%, so you have two alternatives, one is to send the printer back for a service, (Very expensive), and the other is to discard the printer and move on to something newer.. (Cheaper option), Sorry..
