The black ink doesn't work properly. When I print with just the black ink it only prints one line (and cuts it off at the bottom) every inch. I can print a full page of text if I change the font to a color.
I tried putting windex on the screen of the black ink and bought a new black cartridge. Anyone know what to do? Thanks, Norm
