Hello Everyone,
I'm a total newbie when it comes to refilling ink carts. My black in ran out (pg-50 Black) and I took it to a refill store to have it filled. When I put the cart back in the printer, it still won't print black and I get a message saying that my black ink is out. Why is the printer not recognizing that the cart is full. Is there a way around this problem?
