Canon MG5350 not black printing

Any ideas? I have deep cleaned heads "Test Print" doesn't have any black print for PGBK every other colour seems ok. When printing a document no black text prints at all.

When printing a document no black text prints at all.

When having a few problems with your printouts, often enough the cure can worsen the problem by what we try to do, firstly repeated deep cleans are not good for a print head nor are further test sheets.

It’s quite possible you have already damaged the head beyond saving, but you should never give up till your sure it can’t be revived, please don’t print anything further other than nozzle prints till you can resolve this issue.

Can you give some more information please:- are you using OEM carts and inks or compatibles or are you refilling yourself, and please post up a nozzle check for us to see the extent of your problem ? ...
